Delete your account

The BEADS ABACUS app is operated by Alan Joseph. Smart Bee Educare runs the teaching program as a separate organisation. You can delete an app account here without installing or opening the app.

Deletion is permanent. Your account will stop working, and its linked app data will be removed as described below.

Sign in with your BEADS ABACUS account email and password, complete the security check, and confirm deletion. Your password is sent directly to Supabase for sign-in and is not stored by this page.

In the app

For a student account, sign in and choose Settings > Delete account. A recent sign-in is required. Confirm the permanent deletion when prompted.

Need help or cannot sign in?

Email support@beadsabacus.com with the subject “BEADS ABACUS account deletion request”. Include the account email address and say whether you are the account holder or the student's parent or lawful guardian. You may send the request from the registered account or guardian email address. We may ask for further verification before deleting an account. Never email us a password, approval link, or payment details.

Teachers and guardians can use this email process as well. If you only want to correct data or withdraw guardian approval, write to info@beadsabacus.com.

What deletion means

After a verified request is completed, the account and its linked registration, guardian approval, individual student practice sessions, answers, scores, submissions, teacher connections, and notification device records are removed from the active database. We keep only combined, anonymous totals of completed scored practice sessions, attempted questions, and correct answers. These totals contain no student or session identifier and cannot restore a student's history. Teacher-created assignments and tests may also be removed when a teacher account is deleted. Limited security audit records, including an account identifier in deletion records, may remain for security investigations or legal obligations. Provider logs and backups may remain under provider retention practices. See the Privacy Policy for details.
